you've just used a text tool, skewed it, and dragged it out horizontally, with a few (minimal) corrections. No art, pixel or otherwise. Sorry, but this has been reported.

...which doesn't explain why there's no inner AA, which is quite an easy task even with paint.

It would have been hard to AA that, soda, especially in Paint we're you can't make transparent colours and therefore it wouldn't blend with every coloured background.
