Hiya!

It looks pretty good, however, neither the base or the actual person look "concrete". They look like a much shinier metal, such as silver, or.. I don't know.

If you want it to look more concrete-like, I suggest adding a bit of dark texture.

The style seems to shift a bit throughout the image, but it's decent enough.
