I agree. The shading on the face and hair is great, but the earring should be gold or silver. I also think the glasses would look better if they were tinted dark.

That's a very nice picture you got there, but the only thing is that when I zoomed in, I just noticed the earing, maybe make it sparkle or something. Great job.
