Awsome lines but not too keen on the coloring. The highlights and dithering make it look a bit dirty. I also would have hueshifted a bit but oh well, nice job.
Always love to see a WIP. Good job here. If it's not a style issue I would replace black pixels with dark colors. Black color adds dirty to a color of the image in my opinion.
