Nice piece. The "old tin can" looks really good, but the swirly bg seems a bit rushed (especially the bottom left part). I don't know (I'm not really experienced in c64 art), but maybe with a third color in some cards it wouldn't seem that rough.

Anyway good work. And not the luckiest title I must say.
