Yhea... I think I almost didnt changed anything in potoshop.... but you know, I use a lot of colors by myself, I just cant get a proper shading whitout using all that colors : /

I think your PS settings are all off for PA.
I'm gonna break you of these bad habits.

in could suggest you reduce yor palette to 256 colors, then start removing the most similar ones by eye untill your colorcount is near or below 16. its easier than it sounds.

Photoshop... thats why a lot of colors, when working on paint I dont use that much.

this could easily be converted into 16 or so colors with a little palette cleanup

Awesome sprite, the colors are cool, but yeah, high count. 

This is very nice. Also I very much like the Spacenoth project! Keep it up.

I do like your pixels very much. High color counts is always your main weakness.
