I don`t know.... Perhaps too dark? I always choose dark colors at first, then go brighter for some reason. Anyway, made something I believe look underwaterish (ouch, perhaps not a word for scrabble) enough to submit.

If you were going for realistic water you should desaturate abit. Otherwise, I see no problems! Cool stuff.

I think this is really one of my favourite pixels in a while. The technique is not amazing, but the effect blows your mind... it really just looks cool. :P
