Only problem I've got, is that most boxers keep their hands quite a bit closer to their faces.

Lines are nice, animation is great, colors ain't bad.  I want it to look cleaner though.  Your artwork almost has a jpeg compression quality, and i think working to reduce the random pixel placement look it has would improve it lots.

also... have you ever tried to save it with its own specific palette?, and as gas said with no transparency? i'm sure you could reduce that 1kb that you need to use it in dA

This is a very nice animation Skull... my only crit is the slight pause right before he throws a punch feels odd.

I don't really have a good idea about how to reduce the file size though. Maybe you could reduce the color count in only a few frames?
Oh, there is a blue stray pixel on his chest in one of the frames, his left chest. (to our right)

If you make the BG non-transparent, "Without the last p..." version will be 15,4Kb. That's kinda minimum. Without 2 last frames it's 14,7Kb.
