It really shows that you've been looking at PA closely. The outlines of the eyes are just not up to quality with the rest of the coloring, dithering and sense of detail. I would re-do that using the selout like you have in places on the feathers.
On the technical side your color palette can be better, You have a redish dark grey that looks wierd somehow. Nice effort but can be easily improved and should ;)
