This is 8-bit, if that.  Looks like something on the Master System or NES.

Don't you mean released in the late '80s?

Skin tones could do with more contrast and probably a few more colours.

I dont like the way the backround behind him is grey and under his neck its also grey. The feature of the Casino Royale poster was that behind the 'Casino Royale' the backround was black, not grey. However, you got Daniel Craig very neatly.
