Looked around at some pixel art, loved it, read RhysD's tutorial and messed around with the ideas he gave, then made a small one of my own.

Don't listen to him, its ok to use a tranparency tool. I think it looks nice, but it is pretty empty. Add flowers, or pathways in the front, or people walking by.

Methinks this wasn't done in MSPaint. That window looks like it was done with a transparency tool, a big no-no for pixel art.
