Gotta' say, Lar'whack', this is your masterpiece. I remember it in it's humble beginnings in the forum. It's certainly grown up since then.  It's the most detailed piece of yours that I've seen yet. What I like most about it, though, is that there isn't some stereotypical character stealing the spotlight of the piece, much like you see in DA. In fact, in my eyes at least, I think that the junk pile stands alone fairly well by itself as a character, AND mood of the piece. And damn, 95 favs? You lucky mutt, you!

It reminds me of New Junk City in Earthworm Jim. I would say this this would make an incredible background for your Rustbug game, but the player would pause and stare in awe, and proceed to get blown up.

Ah heh.. well i guess it is finished now. I held myself back from saying it was finished before, though, because of the 'paper cutout' style of the bottom area. But that's gone now so i guess it's okay. :)

The burning sky is so awesome!  But if i had an ability to crop it I would. The river (?) doesn't reflect anything and make it look like some forgotten space on a painting.

This piece is beautiful, lovely palette and reflections. In comparison to the rest of the pixel, the untextured path below the scrap heap looks a little out of place. It wouldn't take long if you just finished off that part, and seems ashame if you don't.
