Really quick piece. I was short on inspiration, so I based this on a rough sketch and couldnt be bothered colouring.

Yeah, he did look very Picollo-ish(or how ever you spell the damn name) from Dragon Ball Z...And yes, I also hate that damn cheezy' ass show too.

Yeah? Ive only ever seen that guy on promotional toys for whatever batman movie that character was in. I thought it reminded me too much of DBZ characters, which disapoints me cos I dont like the show!

The original sketch was a lot darker and a lot les cute.

Black and white is a nice change of pace. Looks a bit like Twoface from Batman.
