hmmm.. difficult question, nothing in Particular, realy. Much inspiration comes from other games or Anime/Movies. But most of the time I kinda have a shape in mind, and after I blocked out the shape, I just try around what looks good... for teddy head: Guess I got the "slide"-idea, and noticed that the lower part looked kinda empty. Then I added the 3 black spheres there, and then it struck me: this looks like a face! so I added ears and some additional details, and it was born ;)
