It wouldn't be that hard to fix. Make his right leg shorter so they are same size. Make arms shorter. Use a reference for how to draw hands. Make head taller at top and longer at back. Also fix up his biceps and rib cage. Add a belt.

my work is better than yours, so it must be accepted. do you really think it works that way? its kinda lame to think that way, honestly. Its not about "forcing" somebody to change the way he draws, or the way he colours, yet to encourage people to improve in those flaws that will boost your skills and your piece. just because you think there are worst pieces than yours in the site doesn't mean that you can draw a human figure with evident problems of anatomy and shadowing, and even worst, being aware of those problems and still don't want to do anything about it. that's lazyness, and being lazy and close minded will not take you anywere.

Well it should be about getting it to be as good as you can, and improving as an arteest. Not just being good enough to get into the gallery.

I think it's good enough to get into the gallery, and you can't really force someone to change what they made. It has flaws, but he's right that there have been much worse things accepted.

"I've seen much worse work"

my friend, what does that mean? those works should be removed in order to allow yours be submitted? i don't think so. ok, its great that you feel proud of what you've done, great, but being close minded wouldn't help you to improve. and you want to improve rigth? your piece has problems in both anatomy and shadowing. you better fix those if you really want this as it should be.

I like this piece and don't want to change it. I've seen much worse work and to be frank I'm really proud of this piece. I know I often mess up anatomy but this character was well recieved and I'm very hesitent to change him.

what's supposed to be that weird shadowing of his torso? and his rigth arm is really long to be normal. you migth want to post this in the WIP forum first as it really needs a revision due major anatomy problems.
