I think it looks nice, but as Collected mentioned, the clouds look off. I can find three reasons for this. First off, the clouds strangely avoid the mountain peak. But more than just avoiding it, they actually arch over it. Second, the highlight on the clouds doesn’t seem to fit in my opinion. Third, you can see only what would be the "foreground of the sky." There are no clouds behind it, or in other words physically below them. That isn't so much a problem as an opinion of how you can improve this though.
To my eyes at least, the placement of the buildings doesn’t make a lot of sense. One building is far off from the other three which appear to be close by. They also seem to be tilted In different directions. Even a flood wouldn’t do that, though I can imagine maybe an earthquake could. Some of your shading on the mountains doesn’t make sense, but I should say highlights rather than shading, because your shadows aren’t the problem (except in one or two tiny cases.)
On a positive note, I really like the colors you choose (although the rain is almost so bright it draws attention to individual droplets - which isn’t good - because they’re just plain lines.
