It really makes me think of Charles Burns' freaky characters in Black Hole. It's nicely pixelled and as Wolverine said, quite scary.

@Luca: This is a modified version of my standard avatar palette, which is in turn practically a modified version of a 16 colour grey black to white spread. Basically I just make certain indexes more reddish, blueish, purplish or whatever, and then ramp the values of the indexes in between those.
