I thought that the Lil Dudes looked a lot like electronic plugs for electronic outlets, so I made it like he was mistaken for one and plugged into an outlet. I know, I'm bad at pixel art. x.x I'll redo this when I'm better.

Mostly you've just got little bits of dithering that looks really random. Try to find a repeating pattern that matches the line you're dithering along. This little image might be helfpul:

The only other thing is that the eyes look kinda funny with the way they touch the grey dither, and the grey line that goes right under the black one gives an ugly banding effect. Try removing the leftmost pixel or two from each horizontal line of grey there. Good luck with the improvements!

Thanks for your great comment! =] Just wondering, but what are the errors that you see? If it's problems with dithering and shading, I'm trying to improve upon it. I'd really like to be told how to improve upon my work. =]

And thank you DJD, I thought of the Chibi-Robo character (I'd forgotten the game title at the time, though, since I've never actually played Chibi-Robo) when I saw the template for Lil Dudes.

This is really cool, and salvages the horrendous plague of little dudes. The thought of it reminds me of pikmin mixed with chibi-robo or any cute little rts-styled game like that. Great job.

This is a really great concept, and if you're as unskilled as you claim to be, pretty good technically too. But it'll look even nicer after it's revisited; there are just a number of little errors in places that make it look worse than it could be.
