This is an attempt to create a better sprite than my last MegaMan Powered Up sprite. How I made it: I got a screen shot of the game. Then I shaded and pixeled over it. Enjoy! P.S. I'm planning on animating ;)
Edit: Removed back light, fixed small problems, and animated blinking.

This is pretty good. Truthfully, though, I like the head from your other Powered Up sprite better.
