To be honest, I just don't think this belongs in the gallery. There seems to be some inconsistency with your pieces in your specific gallery. Some look just fine, while others look as if the were worked on for about 4 minutes(though that may not be the case). And in my opinion, the selout of the things outline looks very choppy, as well as the stem. Again, anyone can always hide their flaws under a stylistic blanket, but it takes a real artist to admit them, accept critiques(not that you haven't already), and fix them afterwards.
I don't know how ''flatness'' is a stylistic choice, because it looks like a three year old drew it. The AA'ing on the mouth and eyes looks alright, but didn't really change anything on the outline.
