love the character design, colours look great but i think you can reduce your palette from 54 to somewhere around 20... still... i think i wouldn't have done a better job than this...
Watch out for stacking the shades, particularly in the weapon (the U shape to the left of his hand). That shine would look much crisper with regular AA.

Please respect my right pixel love. Pixel technology as a study, I was only willing to spend time to do things. Information is not specified because it is not commercial works. I came here because there are a lot of loving the same pixel artists. Not to listen to you to unreasonable anger.

Yeah, this isn't a weekly challenge entry. The author doesn't seem to speak English very well so he must've submitted it as one as a mistake. Still, very nice piece!
That looks really nice but to me the right hand looks like it is making a fist and the weapon is not held in his hand but behind it. Maybe it's just me, but that is a really nice picture I wish I could do that kind of stuff.
