You need to clean your lines up - you've obviously just drawn lines with the pencil tool and left them as they are.

Say that # represents a pixel. Some of your lines look like this:

You need to clean them up so that the line width is constant, like this:

#

Other than that, I'd say that the guitar looks awesome. Oh, but his skin looks a bit... shiny. You might want to try dithering the whitish colour instead of putting it on flat so that it doesn't look as harsh. Either that, or just use a less bright colour 8)

i disagree. just because hes shading cell style doesnt reall make it NPA.

Theres nothing really "pixel art" about it. Try looking at some tutorials, and studying others work.
