Nicely line and composed, but your colouring needs some work.

120 colours in huge, I don't see why you should need any more than 32 for such a piece.
The colouring and shading of the boat is quite insipid and really needs more contrast.
The dithering doesn't much work for the squid, and there are parts where it is not as smooth as it should be.
