I probably dropped/added a color or two in there.  I tried to utilize the palette a bit more, instead of using one color in one spot of the image and nowhere else.  I also tried to unify the palette a little (see the purples in the green face).  I chose a light source similar to yours and shaded/highlighted accordingly.  Maybe you can learn something from it.

I'd like to know what the red part is though.  Tongue, blood covering his jaw, lack of a jaw?

Thanks, yeah i supposed that it would be a problem. I used a program for the transparency but it took all the white. How should i fix it? using other tone of white?

Your transparency accidentally took out the white in the eyes.  I think.  This is better than the last work of yours I saw, so good job there.  I'd utilize the palette a bit more.  I'll make an edit soon.
