Yes, you are probebly right, but its still very identical.. and if the color palette was used and refference (instead of only using a tutorial) was used that should be noted in the description.. Maybe you are right, maybe not..
well if he did its still not fully his work, since he dind just follow it, he followed it EXACTLY than, from the first to the last pixel, and even copyd the colors.. the rgb's are all exactly the same..
Quite nice, but the darkest skin colour is badly over saturated. Even if you are trying to portray an SSS effect it should not be so saturated and if that is the case it should be redder.
