Methinks your plug is unhappy?
Kudos to adding facial expressions to an inanimate object. I disagree with the need for anti aliasing.. Looks good the way it is, all cartoony and such.

I think the outside could use some anti-aliasing (that's a fun word) since it's against a transparent background.
