NPA sorry. you missed alot of parts: the door is missing!,wrong shading, the strage thing vary strage... try to make butter.

I hate to say this, but the 'effect' renders this NPA. The idea is interesting but the execution is weak. I would refine this further ; )

Looks pretty good. But I noticed something, the box on top of the building has a corner base (top and bottom corners) of three pixels while the building itself has only two. Just saying.
