In the ending it is (the other forms are all called "animal"-man so it's a joke), but if it's the same guy as in the previous game it's.. uh something else that I've forgotten.
Edit: Actualy, since it's the same guy as in the previous game (duh) his name is Bock Lee Temjin or Tom-Tom :D
