I sent vanmir a PM to resolve this.  It's obviously just a small hiccup. No need to get the pitchforks out.

I still dont know how I got 29 colors in there..  I put 16 colors on a white canvas and used the dropper tool (in paint) and sampled the colors every time i used a different color.  I went back to try to redo these colors, but I cant even tell the difference between any of them.

Might as well just take it out

The guys are correct Vanmir. 16 colors was the limit, and to be rid of any computer error, I actually went through MS paint and hand picked each individual color. They were right, as there were 29 colors in total.
And to be fair, my submission for the weekly challenge actually had 19 colors, breaking the 16 color limit as well. However, I revised it by subtracting 3 colors, and making due. It only took me 10 minutes, so I'm sure it shouldn't be hard for you. The reason I say this, is because as I was taking a look at your current 29 color palette, I noticed there were a bunch of unneeded hues/colors. Most values were so close to each other, that the colors couldn't be differentiated apart. Very redundant, if you ask me. Plus if you go back and limit your colors down to 16, I'm sure you'll learn how to control your pixels much better, rather than go for the messy/scratchy style you have currently, which sometimes makes things unreadable. It'll be a great learning experience if you ask me!

To be nice, I'm going to give you about 2 days to revise this without taking it out of the competition(and even if it is taken out of the weekly submission comp., it will still stay in your gallery...no big whoop). So again, I urge you to revise this, please....

Keep all your childish arguments on your failing runescape art board please.  Thank you.

this has 29 colors, and thereby doesn't comply with the compo rules...

It's Vanmir's style, but still overall looks nice.

This challenge is gonna be tough! :O

Maybe the shading is a bit to detailed. :/

I was planning to do something with a Stuka, but well... I see you already made the japanese variant of that plane... nvm then.. nice piece, only the shading on the plane could have been more clean

The plane is pretty sweet.  The smoke kind of looks like rocks - might be because of how dark the whole thing is.
