I like it. Grayscale works well for this. Only one thing: Isn't it technically 5 colors, given transparency?

I agree with stickman, he looks like he's off balance. Obviously he's squatting as seen on an album cover or something, but you don't have the elements in the scene to support him crouching in that way.

Nice colour scheme :) The pose on the character looks a little off balance. The character design is nicely done.
