5 mins in photoshop and we can see where this is going..
large photo, scaled down to 64x64, indexed to 6 colors, swapped out the 6 colors with Micha's colors deleted a few areas to hide some evidence. In 30 mins anyone could push pixels around to make it look like the sprite in this page.

to me, I don't really see much of a reduction etc going on, I think no-reference is plausible.

Maybe he thinks that color reduction and some fixes makes it a pixel
.Btw. why wasn't he banned back then when there was proof he's stealing/cheating. We wouldn't have to bother now...
