I was bored of the one I have, here's a new one I knocked up. 6 Colours Including Transparency. [Edit] Centered Text, Was One pixel too far to the left. Fixed shading too.

The darkest color in the middle of the
plate is a bit strange. A zigzag or just the dither
with the color could do wonders.
I really like the font!

I suggest moving the name a bit to the right, to centre it on the plaque.
