When I'll have time I'll try to AA the 'faces' line and make it darker as skeddles suggest...
At the beginning in fact, they were darker, but you know... : 8 colors souds A LOT better than 9 ^^

Haha, great expression.

Ive face a sun probelm before like that. I was teaching my friend to pixel, he wanted to draw a sun, so i said: first, you gotta pick a light source... wait a minute... its a freaking sun!

Since lighting is pretty much out, you can still use darker colors to define features on the face, and maybe AA the lines. It would be way cool.

Suns are very hard to make since they are their own lightsource.. but your lineart is great!
