Excellent use of the technique, Elder.  The shape of the fish is whimsical, the comic style overhanging teeth is a nice choice to show this is probably a carnivorous\predatory fish.  The transparent fin is awesome.  I like the human like eye, it really gives the fish personality.  Good job.
