Larger arms and hands, yellow skin, lower saturated trousers (not by much though, since i know lego is very bright and colourful ... so perhaps higher saturated top), also make them a bit lighter, add some highlighted edges and AA, perhaps make the head a tad larger... that should be it for now, good luck!
