I was inspired by Mille's "Zombies!" (http://www.pixeljoint.com/pixelart/23847.htm), So I created my own action figure type pixel guy.

I think the box is a nice touch... you ruined the other one's collector value though :p

The right (his left) shoe is a bit strange (I think the back)
The gun is horizontal which is really hard to hold the way the arm is.
The arm holding the sword has a twitch. My guess is that it should
stay more to the body. If you want to have the box, it could use some more
details like you did on the skull.
Body and legs are good.

if other people agree about the box I'll lose it. I added it as a quick after thought anyway and am not set on keeping it.

The box honestly destroys the peice for me, not to mention the pillowshading. You did a pretty good job though.
