take a look at the blue line on his legs. while the line of his rigth leg goes thru the red spot, the one in his left one doesn't. the shadowing of the hands is inexistent, and the poor color choice, those gray lack contrast, they all look the same, like the black outline and the 1st and 2nd color of your palette.
