A bit noisy on the pixels (Especially the white line bugs me)
If you could put the wheel motion to the others they will
drive too. If they are supposed to be parked cars, I would
suggest making a pavement and/or middle stripes.
The effect on the road concrete is good.

Don't remove the colour info! I was just wondering why you used so many? Looks to me like it could have been easily achieved with 32 colours.

This is really cute! You could make some estates, 4x4's and hatchbacks for variation with the other cars... maybe.
