Amazing shading on the hair. I can never get hair shading right anime style. hehe the eyes are perfect

Looks nice. My only issue is that the hat doesn't really cast a shadow.

The hat is not on her head but in front of her head. Try giving
it shadow as well as defining the rest of it with a better
lightsource. Some anatomy would do it more justice.
 I like the shine on the hair!
