This isn't pixel art. Gradients like those of your's should never be done in pixel art. Way too many colors.

Theres on, slight, difference between ours. Yours has 949 colors, and mine has 8 (not including transparency.)

Thats all fine and dandy, but it's not pixel art. Everything is graduits, and graduits arnt pixel art. Pixel art is done by hand and with graduits, you use a tool to fill it in automatically. Look at some of the best artists here and get inspiration from there work. Good luck.
