The animation is fairly good, though the boots drop jerkily on the last frames. The colors and shading seem well done.
The biggest problem is with perspective. Greenraven got it right; the way you've animated this, he's looking bigger when he's lying down. If you need help seeing what we're talking about, I could try to help you through it. I'd have a hard time finding the right words though, so hopefully someone else will come by to give you a hand.
