It's a shame this won't be accepted, I kinda like it.

Oekaka is a not a type of art, its a way to make it(another program could be used to get the same effects).

If you want to make pixel art, I suggest using(or at least starting with) Mspaint. It will help you resist the urge for non-pixel art tools.
