I suggest making him jump up into a pipe... one of those green ones, you know? and then he pops up from another below. Would look great.

And yes I resized it, cuz they do it in SPM the game. But mostly just comment the sprite.

It's not Mario, so you get to live. When he 'crouches' it look like you just resized the image (or maybe I'm wrong). Still it looks nice, good effort.
