Great, but I think giving the eyes an inward depth would make it look nicer.

At first glance knew it was yours. The shading and style is really recognizable, and I like that.

The dithering on this was a good choice, the colors flow well. Maybe a little bit of AA'ing on the floor shadow and head. And maybe some more depth in the eyes. Nice job.
