(to me) the trophies look flat and bland, an the shining is overdone. Plus the lining is very jagged, needs some AA.

I agree with Metaru. Outlines are good. The color selection is quite
ok. The shading is ok too. BUT the shine is a bit too much.

although the desing and outline of the trophies looks good, all that banding shinny looks bad. i would suggest to take a look at pixeljoint's trophies fro a great reference on both shading and colour of these.
