For the eyes.. a two colored eye.. no can do (I'm already at the max of colors)

For the nose.. it's a cartoon

Is the way it's looking really that annoying? If yes, I will change it.

that nose (if you zoom it) makes it look odd... I think it would look better without the nose, just as future reference. Although it is very hard to notice.

Eyes:
- Add more contrast.
- Use two colors on eye whites maybe.
Nose looks too flat.
Try to experiment

Ok then I will submit the non-dithered one. But what's there to fix about the eyes? I kinda want them this way.

Without dithering his head looked much better. Fix eyes please.
