This is my first pixel art made by me, I'm a big fan of sonic series,Then one day i was bored so i'v opened the paint program and started to draw sonic then now are the results :P

Thanks that was quite long to make.. should i make it smooth? but first i need to remove the dithering..

The dithering really doesn't work for this I don't think. Sonic should be smooth.
If you referenced something, and it certainly looks like you did so quite heavily, if not traced, then you should post a link to it.

The main problem I see with the piece is the dithering. Remove that (or cell-shade like was said) and it'll look better.

That middle finger seems a bit bloated.

You shouldn't have dithered, it kinda ruined it for me. Cell-shade would look better IMHO.
