then it is a sofware problem. and the problem is caused by Animation Shop's internal file optimizer. when you save your file usually a window appears with a description on how your animation will be saved. click on the button that says "custom preferences" or something like that at your left, then choose "255 colors" from the options displayed. that will preserve all the colors, and check "optimized octray". and that's all. now your gif files shouldn't have any kind of problems(do not forget to check the box that says "save these preferences for unoptimized files")
now, this wasn't aproved after all, and that's because this issue with the missing WIP in the description. next time, read the rules carefully. the picture isn't bad, in fact, but you can't submit it to the gallery if you haven't worried about that important point. feel free to make another one or to submit it to the gallery anyway.
hilarious. the WIP doesn't even resemble the final picture :P but hey, its you picture. now, what do you exactly mean with "keep graphics in good quality as a gif file"? i don't see any problem with your file either(considering you made the Gif with Iaza, it's obiusly not a software problem)
