I like this! It has a lot more character than small 4-color sprites often do. And it iasn't the least bit 'cutesy' or simplistic. Nice work!

This is pretty good, but there is still something about it that is lacking, competition-wise. Can't quite put my finger on it. Great thing is, you have a style reminiscent of Bulought's, minus the details...Great job, anyhow.
