yeah, cape a different colour, an his head looks wierd to me. But I like it.
(add transparency)

almost good. Try some dithering so the shading isn't so terrible

I don't know who Gen. Grievous is, but it'd be nice if the cape wasn't the same color as the robot. The body (which you rendered nicely) is getting lost in the cape.
